Judy Pfeiffer
Judy Pfeiffer joined NAV & Associates, LLC in 2014 and currently serves as Executive Director for several national and nonprofit organizations, including the American Osteopathic Academy of Addiction Medicine (AOAAM) and the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association (WCLA). In her role as Director of Account Services, Judy has led the strategic evaluation and implementation of Association Management Systems (AMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) across multiple client organizations. Her leadership has been instrumental in streamlining operations, enhancing member engagement, and driving organizational growth. Judy brings a depth of experience in nonprofit and association management, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, client service, and long-term sustainability.
